Our Homebuyer Education has helped to prepare thousands of New Yorkers for homeownership in the last three decades. Individuals can choose our virtual five-part Homebuyer Education series of 90-minute classes, led by experienced subject matter experts from our housing agency and financial institution partners or they can choose to take eHome America's HUD-accepted 8-hour online Homebuyer Education course.
Most importantly, our process connects participants with a HUD-certified housing counselor from one of our partner agencies who can assist clients in navigating this complicated process and the most significant investment most New Yorkers will ever make.
